Responsibilities:
1. According to the company business target, develop and implement business and market target on solution sales, make and supervise solution sales strategy. Organize and provide support to global market in solution sales, ensure the target to be fulfilled.
2. Discover and manage multi-products market opportunity: Organize the global market, industry development trend and customer paint point analysis, discover opportunities of integrated solutions and develop market strategy.
3. Promote key projects: support global solution sales and key projects, ensure the success rate of project.
4. Improve solution competitiveness: identify customer needs in integrated solution, push solution development.
5. Develop solution sales branding strategy towards the targeted clients; promote the product and solution branding.
6. Responsible for refining organization structure and developing leadership. Promote performance improvement and management optimization; build a competitive solution sales professional team.Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, electronics or relevant disciplines; At least 12 years of working experience in multinational telecommunications companies, 8 years or more experiences of management and marketing is necessary. With integrated solution sales working experiences is preferable. Deep knowledge from Mobile broadband and IPVideo is required.
2. At least be accomplished in 2 or more products (such as core network and wireless network), understand the technology development trends and growth curve of product and networks, familiar with competitors' strategy and product features, command knowledge of organization operation, bidding, commercial and business management, etc.
3. Familiar with international market operation model, Good understanding of global market, strong abilities of macroscopical analysis and strategic thinking.
4. Strong presentation skills to ensure customer full awareness of our products solutions and capabilities, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mind and the ability to manage.
5. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
6. Fluent in listening and spoken English; adapt to global business trip.
7. With cross region and cross culture management experience is preferable.Location Shenzhen, China.
