Telecom Vacancy for Senior Solution Manager of Fixed Broadband

Responsibilities:
1. Candidate should be able to analyze customer’s requirement and study industry trend in Fixed Broadband in E2E perspective, including service, network, terminal, operation and maintenance. Define and align corporate solutions and business strategies for and with global key account customer.
2. Support top projects with key account in global area, work with local account team to achieve market breakthrough through E2E solution sales perspective.
3. Must be executive like and able to connect with senior executives within the telecommunication industry. Candidate is expected to be able to exhibit mature understanding of industry trend and is able to speak specifically of telecommunication technologies.
Understand customer’s strategy, technical and commercial requirements identify business opportunities and presenting recommendations and solutions.
4. Define winning portfolio strategy, design E2E solution architecture, do network planning for all-IP based video system and network to meet key account’s commercial objectives and network strategy.



Requirements:
Educational degree: Bachelor or a higher degree
Specialization: Communication, electronics, computer, and related specializations
Work experience: Eight years or more in the industry of communication



Knowledge:
l Industry trend knowledge: The position holder should know well about telecom industry trend and be familiar with the technology evolution road. In FBB area, he should know the home service trend including IPTV and OTT etc, and have experience with carrier network including access, metro, backbone, etc.
l Telecom network knowledge: He should master the knowledge of telecom equipments and network. Be experts in video or IP area and be familiar with another.
l Solution Architecture design: He should have rich experience in solution architecture design.



Skills:
l Market development capability, project operation capability: He should have multiple success experience in market developing and win key projects.
l Solution selling capability: Understand customer requirement and challenges, provide solutions not only boxes to help customer win business success.
l Market planning capability
l English proficiency at the level of working language
Competency and qualification level of managerial type:
Competency requirements: Coordination and organization capability, capability of discovering and capturing market opportunities, capability of training other talents, and management capability.


Location: Shenzhen (China) or London U.K.
Employment condition: Permanent position full time.
