On behalf of our client, a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services, we are searching for an Operational Consultant
Based in Bucharest, the Operational Consultant is responsible for delivering solutions, but also for assisting in developing new services, identifying sales opportunities and repeating business while working on assignment.
Responsibilities:
• Understand IT&C market trends;
• Understand the company’s clients portfolio and the company’s ambitions and develop according to the strategy;
• Build local and global relationship and develop following reference cases from other organizations;
• Identify opportunities and develop/expand around existing projects;
• Understand the framework that rules the IT&C business environment and creatively apply in offering (ITIL, e-TOM, NGOSS, COBIT - certification is an advantage);
• Manage client relationship being able to drive the process of business requirements collection;
• Build an integrated solution complying with business requirements;
• Use existing partner base and propose new partners to fill solution gaps;
• Have knowledge about the tools that can be used to improve internal productivity.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years experience in building integrated solutions.
• Able to expand in one or all of the following adjacent areas: Program Management; Process and Organization; Customer and Revenue Management; Business Strategy and Planning; Marketing and Service Development;
• University degree;
• ITIL Certification is a plus;
• Client focus;
• Prepared for long distance travels for short or long term assignments;
• Focused on finding solutions;
• Outspoken and sales oriented personality.
