Job details: As ICT Service Delivery Consultant, based on your CISCO IP Tel expertise, you design, implement, and, operate 24/7 tailor-made and standardized ICT solutions, and ensure service management, technical consultancy and effective pre and after sales support in order to maximize margin, and meet/exceed expectations of external professional and wholesale customers in accordance with SLAs and/or contract.


Responsibilities:
• Validate proposed solution in pre-sales phase 
• Design service delivery for ICT solutions 
• Implement ICT solutions 
• Operate and maintain ICT solutions 
• Ensure the Service Management 
• Provide technical advice towards customers and colleagues in order to effectively inform them, and recommend the appropriate technical solution 
• Develop, maintain and share technical expertise and customer specific information 
• Define, control and optimize the margin and take corrective actions when needed 
• Integrate a team working in a guard duty system (max 1 week on 4)


Requirements: 
• ICT Service Delivery Consultant - with Cisco IPTel expertise 
• Industrial engineer or equivalent by experience 
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience and expertise in 
• IP Telephony/Unified Communications on CISCO projects 
• Cisco products suite: Call Manager, Unity, IPCC, etc 
• LAN – WAN – VoIP and enterprise telecommunications architecture 
• VoIP protocols (SIP, MGCP, H323, T30/T38, SMTP, imap4/POP3, etc) 
• Windows, UNIX and/or Linux operating systems at an administrator level 
• Applications & systems: Microsoft Exchange, SQL, AD, LCS, Lotus Notes, etc 
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written) 
• Take initiative and systematically drive for results 
• Able to meet and exceed customers expectations 
• Able to inform efficiently and liaise actively at all levels with your customers/colleagues 
• Able to manage resources efficiently (people, time, budget, tasks, and virtual teams) 
• Able to learn quickly
