Telecom Vacancy: 3G RF Optimization ::

Location: Middle East

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 3-4 months (possible extension)

Responsibilities:

•Perform 3G RF Optimization in RNC Areas, including investigating network performance and issuing, discussing and implementing recommendations for network improvement

•Statistics Analysis, Drive Test Analysis, Parameters Audit, Features and parameters optimization activity using established methods processes and tools

•Work together with the customer to Optimize and trouble-shoot the abnormal system fault if needed

•Collection and analysis of customer performance requirement

•Acquisition of network data and information

•WCDMA/HSPA Network Optimization

•Perform Network Optimization including investigating network performance and issuing, discussing and/or implementing recommendations for network improvement

•Neighboring Optimization Experience

•Worst Cells based Optimization Experience

•Knowledge of WCDMA RAN Interface, Functionalities, Protocols, Procedures and System Architecture as well as KPI's

Requirements:

•5-6 years Relevant experience in WCDMA Optimisation

•Proven leadership and motivational skills

•Good communication skills and attitude for knowledge sharing for the local team of asserted Network Consultants

•Customer Service oriented

•Able to work independently and part of a team

•Analytical approach and problem solving skills

•Planning and organizing skills

•Presentation skills and fluent in English
