Scope of Work: OSS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION ENGINEERS • Experience working in OSS application development/integration preferable in Ericsson OSS 
• Experience in NMS, EMS 
• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages 
• Profound Performance Management (PM) competence 
• Profound Fault Management (FM) & Alarm correlation competence 
• Understanding of Business Objects 
• Able to build and analyze business report/objects. 
• Must have good communication skills and senior enough to work with architects and customer to come up with solution and gather business requirements and translate requirement to solution.
