Start Date: August 2011
End Date: 6 months (extendable)
Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Director in liaising with the customers and the organization related to agreed actions, initiating appointments, minute action points, (internal) reporting etc
• Assist Project Director in and see to it that all correspondence is in line with the security act requirements
• Lead and manage (midsize) projects or special tasks
• Responsible for using global processes, tools and interfaces on behave of the Project Director
• Plan projects or tasks with support from the Project Director
• Interfacing with the customers and organization
Requirements:
• Project Management/ Project coordination skills
• Cost control skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Business consciousness
• Collaboration skills
• Planning and organisation skills
• Responsibility and taking ownership
• Efficiency and quality
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• Experience with a complex project is preferable
• Experience in team coordination
• Customer experience
• Use of Computer programs such as Power Point, Excel, planning tools
• Able to communicate in Norwegian language is a must
• BSc or equivalent experience
