Job Title : Testing Manager- VOIP,SIP,PBX,IP Telephony 
Job Description & Skills Requirement: 
· Should have 6-10 Years of experience in VOIP, SIP and IP Telephony 
· Practical hands-on expertise with IP Telephony products (can be Avaya or 3rd party) is required 
· End to end Solution/System Verification testing experience is required 
· Being part of a multi-disciplined geographically dispersed team with a passion for delivering high quality solutions to the Customers 
· Write test plans & test strategies, test cases design & test scripts & test executions 
· The test engineer is responsible for test plan development and execution, test environment configuration and maintenance, defect identification and tracking, and creation and publication of test results and application notes for end-to-end tests consisting of Avaya and third party vendor products 
· Ability to technically lead a small group of testers & work independently, typically 3-5 people 
· No people management. This is an individual contributor opportunity 
· Very good written and verbal communication skills are required 
· Should have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills 
· Multi-tasking - The test engineer will be responsible for multiple projects that are in various phases of the testing cycle 
· Experience with traffic tools (like IXIA, Empirix Hammer, Packetstorm, SIPp ) is desired 
· Experience with data networking is desired
