European Sales Director – Telecoms – Software Solutions
Location – UK or Major European Hub.
Reporting to EVP of Global Sales


Salary – Market leading package and Stock options


Currently working with a sexy leading edge player in the exciting policy management/ VAS space. This privately owned, venture backed company is currently going through a phase of rapid growth. They are now looking to strengthen their European presence, and are seeking a highly motivated and hungry Senior Sales professional to play a key role in the company’s European expansion strategy.


Reporting into the EVP of Global of Sales, this is a high-impact, strategic hire for our client and has the potential to grow significantly in wealth creation, team construction and management responsibilities. Offering significant opportunity to progress to VP of Sales for Europe.


You must have 7+ years of solid sales experience of selling High Value Software Solutions into the leading Mobile Operators.


Have a demonstrable track record of achieving your numbers – including a recent wins within European Mobile Operators.


Have a significant rolodex of contacts at CxO level at the leading mobile operators across Europe. Including the likes of Telefonica O2, Orange, Teliasonera, Hutchinson 3G. Have worked on an average deal size of over £250k.


The role offers a realistic OTE of circa €350k.
Last year their top sales guy earned over €500k!
