Location: Murray Hill, NY.
Duration: 6 months.

Job Description
• Position is remote but candidate must be willing to travel (US) to various markets as needed.
• RF Engineer to support In-building (Design and) Optimization Services.
Required Skills
• Design and/or optimization expertise of RF Macro/Micro services for various technologies such as, UMTS, GSM, CDMA, etc.
Required Qualifications
• Having a clear understanding of Link Budget analysis, and multi path propagation,
• Knowledge of RF parameters that impact coverage, capacity and overall RF Network performance.
• Must be well versed with RF noise reduction techniques.
• Experience with data collection tools like Agilent or TEMS.
• Experience with post processing tools like Actix, TEMs, etc.
• Understand and be familiar with various macro and micro antenna types and propagation.
• Design and/or optimization expertise of In-building RF Coverage Systems.
• Must have had exposure to one or more Distributed Antenna System (DAS) vendor equipment, and as such, candidate must understand the DAS elements, components, architecture, and connections to RF Macro/Micro systems Excellent communication and people skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills PM background and/or organizational skills a definite plus.
• Exposure to ALU NodeB equipment a plus Exposure to ALU Network elements a plus.
• Exposure to other competitor equipment such as E\, Nokia, Siemens, also a plus
• MS or BS in EE or equivalent field with a minimum of two years experience Candidate.
