Job Description: 
Key Responsibilities / Functions
• Support Client’s UMTS/LTE RF team in performing WMS support work (neighbour lists and parameter management), KPI monitoring and analysis for UMTS networks for carrier deployments, as well as during high capacity venues (sporting events, tradeshows etc.).
• Candidate must have the proven ability of optimizing UMTS networks at a single NodeB, cluster and multi-cluster levels for multiple carriers to meet specific KPI targets and is also expect to efficiently perform back office support functions.
Required Qualifications (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and minimum 3 years experience in UMTS networks and KPI base system optimization. 
Desired Qualifications (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
• One year LTE experience is highly desirable.
