Telecom Vacancy for GM Network Optimisation :: Iran

UP TO $15,000 USD Per Month depending on skills fit and experience + full housing paid and full expat package + $90,000 bonus

GM Network Optimisation with a Telco Mobile Operations background sought for an exciting assignment within the dynamic Telco Sector. Operating in a small, closely-knit team the successful candidate will drive and manage the Network Optimisation projects. This role is not for candidates who are working for Telco Vendors only candidates working in similar Telco Mobile Operator environments will be considered. Please don’t waste your own time applying if you are from some other background that may be slightly similar but not a full blown Telco Mobile Operator.


Requirements:
10 Years in GM Network Optimisation Mobile Telco Operator (NOT TELCO VENDOR)
Responsibility for the optimisation of network coverage and transmission 3G/4G experience is essential (please don’t apply if you don’t have this) If you have something similar don’t apply!
Modernisation of radio access network, transmission management, core and IN platforms
Mobile digital access cross connect switching Supervision of managers for each technology element
Managing capex and implementation budget
This position will lead the Optimisation team for client's total outsourcing engagement with Telecom Operator



Effectively develop and implement best practices processes and procedures for all aspects of a 24/7/365 operations of a Telco operator.


Capable of leading the Telco Optimisation Projects 
Must currently be working in a TELCO Mobile Operator in Europe, Africa, North America or the Middle East



As the ideal candidate you have a GM level role in Telco Optimisation (nothing else will be considered). This role is open only to candidates with 10+ year’s current experience as a GM in Telco Optimisation Service in the Mobile Telco industry (nothing less will be considered)
