Requirements:
• At least 5 years working on Ericsson Charging System Products 3 of which Supporting DWS/CRS
• ORACLE ADMIN competence
• UNIX, Solaris and Linux
• Programming and shell scripting development
• Good Knowledge of SUN H/W (servers and storages and etc)
• Knows about the charging system architecture,CS5.0 is a plus
• IP knowledge and troubleshooting is a plus (Switches, Routers and Firewalls)
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability
• Able to handle emergencies
• Able to handle emergencies with second line on CS nodes even if it is not in his area of expertise
• Able to work on call and during night activities
• Good knowledge of working with SMS and PRIMUS and EKB
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Troubleshooting failed ETL's
• BO report problems
• Good understanding of the DWS schemas (DWSADM, DWSBI, OAM and etc)
• Categorization issues
• Performance parameter tuning
• Oracle problems (RMAN, Flash recover, and etc)
• Should be able to install ICPs and corrections
• CRS admin knowledge
• Knowledge in EMM7.0 preferably
• Good knowledge in VERITAS cluster
• Performance parameter tuning
• Able to troubleshoot Application configuration problems
• Should be able to work with logical servers and fine tuning them
• EEM admin knowledge
• Oracle problems
• Should be able to install ICPs and correction
