Needed for 6+ month contract
As part of the Early start process Project Management support is required to provide a lead PM for each of the five initial 2011 markets (DFW, Houston, San Antonio, Kansas, Atlanta). This team will begin developing the necessary market project plans, resource plans, tools and processes to RIP and Replace the legacy access equipment and deploy the new RAN solution (WIMAX, LTE, CDMA) supporting the Sprint Leapfrog Project. This activity will extend into further deployment of the remaining 27 markets in 2012-14. Tasks of this project include working with internal teams and customer to plan, schedule, staff, and update progress. Update stakeholders with written reporting and status calls.SCOPE OF WORK
The Scope of this project is establish a team of ASP's (Site Acq., A&E, Construction, Logistics, De-installation), Install, Integration and Engineering to develop market specific project plans, dependencies and essential process/documentation, MOP's, staffing requirements/plans that can be transitioned into actual market deployments.
1. Develop implementation plan based on proposal equipment lists.
2. Identify dependencies and sequencing of all necessary planning and deployment activities.
3. Develop timeline and critical path for all activities.
4. Planning methodology and necessary resource plan.
5. Identify issues/concerns and assumptions for deployment plan. Refine as required as inputs are received from proposal efforts.
