Overview: The QA Manager is overall responsible for establishing and maintaining project procedures, to verify compliance with agreed processes and procedures, and in general to follow up that all project work is executed to a satisfactory quality level.
The QA Manager will additionally take responsibility for establishing and following up a training program for project staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 10 years telecommunication experience with at least 5 years in a QA related position within a telecom organisation.
• University degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge and professional experience in QA methodologies and applicable telecom processes and procedures. ISO QA certification is considered mandatory.
• Good presentation and reporting skills backed by a proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Essential skills: Team work, Communication skills and knowledge transfer capability.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
