Vacancy: Project Control Manager – South East Asia

Company Profile: Norconsult Telematics is a leading international telecommunications & IT consultancy with operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and South East Asia. We offer a broad spectrum of services helping our clients introducing new technology solutions or transforming legacy operations and technology. 
Overview:  The Project Control Manager is overall responsible for all Project Control activities in the Project. This includes implementing and maintaining a project database system to maintain all relevant project and network records, project schedules and progress data, and project budget and cost data. 
He will also be responsible to set up a Project Quality Management System with all relevant Swap and Roll-out project processes and procedures, and to ensure all parties and involved staff are properly coached in these processes and procedures. 
He will coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure timely and quality execution of all project control tasks in alignment with the vendor’s Contract, the agreed Scope of Work, and established project plans and procedures. 
Qualifications & Experience: 
• Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with at least 5 years in a responsible management position. 
• University degree in Business Administration or Economics or in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. 
• Extensive knowledge and professional experience in projects management, project control, project reporting and coordination. 
• Formal training in project management and project control techniques and methodologies (PMI, PRINCE or similar) will be considered an advantage. 
• Good presentation and reporting skills backed by a proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. 
• Essential skills: Team work, Communication skills and knowledge transfer capability. 
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
