Technical Support provides technical expertise per technology to support all Network Operations functions and is main interface with Vendor :
• Leadership & Management of Technical Engineers, partners or small team
• Carries out highest level technical support skills per technology
• Collaborates with others to resolve complex matters
• Supports planning and execution of network logical handovers
• Supports report writing as required by management
• Interfaces with Vendor/Partners engineers on escalated technical matters
• Makes routine checks, takes follow up actions and documents
• Support PM with report analysis and formulae writing
