SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct Business development activities which would entail:
• Develop a database of prospects clients and vendors
• To develop business concepts for the call center for international (I/O) processes
• Prepare proposals, presentations and all related back office activities during the presales and client acquisition.
• Obtain segment research and Market intelligence
• Work with Business, delivery and marketing team to align the efforts and responsibilities with the specific business deliverables identify new avenues of growth / service lines in target segment.
PROFESSIONAL & ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
• BE/M. Tech, Graduate, MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute
• At least 7-10 years experience in International business development in the ITES/BPO sector
