• Billing and Provisioning: ICOMS Convergys 
• ACP Customer Management System (CSG) 
• Order Management: Oracle OMS; Conceptwave OM 
• Siebel Product Catalog 
• Working experience with CRM 
• Solid experience on converting ideas from business to a technical requirement 
• Act as a single point of contact with business and develop IT solutions to enable business operations.
