Currently there is an opening for RNC Audit / Assessment Engineers with our client in India.
It is a 5-6 months contract position and the client is looking for someone with good experience on Ericsson equipments.
Please find below the job description:
o Knowledge of 3G - Networks, focusing in Access Ericsson WCDMA RAN.
o Hands-on experience with Ericsson WCDMA Products (RNC, WBTS).
o RNC / Node B Configuration Assessment.
o RNC Capacity, Performance Monitoring & Assessment / Audit.
o Knowledge of Ericsson Access Transmission related Measurements / Counters in RNC / Node B. Knowledge of Ericsson reporting system.
o Access parameter planning and data build preparation for Ericsson RNC / Node B.
o Understands KPIs and is capable to improve the e2e performance of the system.
o QOS Implementation in MBH networks in Multivendor environment.
o WCDMA NW Dimensioning & Planning
We need good experience with Planning/Optimizing WCDMA Networks.
