Experience in:
NOC and/or DATA CENTER Management
SLA and Penalty Management
Development of ITIL Service team, SLA/WLA/OLA and Reporting processes.
Introducing and delivering continuous improvement through root cause analysis
Excellent knowledge and expertise of Service Delivery Maturity Model
Strong project management skills
Visionary and strategic thinker with strong analytical, creative design and flexible problem solving skills
Designing procedures and processes for NOC Operations
Design and Implement training program for NOC staff on Tools and Processes
Management Reporting Skills
Excellent presentations skills with positive personality
Job Description for NOC Operations Manager:
Qualification : BE/Degree in Information Technology
Total Experience : 12+ years
Datacenter/ NOC : 5+ years
People Managed : Minimum a team of 30 people
Certification : CCNP, preferably CCIE and ITIL V3 Foundation
