Seeking Telecom GM Sales for an award-winning manufacturer of cost-effective access and backhaul solutions for mobile and fixed line carriers, service providers, enterprises, government agencies, transportation systems, and public utilities.
Job Description
Manage and Develop Sales opportunities in Central Europe. Sales shall be done Direct and through channels, the target is to grow sales, GM will report to the company sales director at the HQ. To work according to company sales and marketing guidelines. Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports. Control the office budget, manage the staff and facilities.
Raise the company profile at the Market, working with PR agencies, technical press, participating in exhibitions and road shows.
To help Distributors achieving marketing and business goals, develop the partner’s network by adding new distributors. Educate their sales staff, regular visits and support.

Job Requirement:
• Experience in the Central Europe (DACH, Germany, Austria, Swiss,) Telecom arena
• Experience with sales to Carriers and ISP’s in the area.
• Ability to run CHANNELS (Partners),
• Familiar with the Telecom organizations in the area.
• Experience working with other vendors.
• Management capabilities to mange office staff and administration.
• Experience in contract negotiations, and close large deals.
• Academic title of Telecom and/or business administration
• German citizenship. (the office is in Munich)
• English speaking (condition)
• Experience with sales to Carriers and ISP’s in the area.
• Ability to run CHANNELS (Partners),
• Familiar with the Telecom organizations in the area.
• Experience working with other vendors.

Needed background:
• An experienced Telecommunication professional. Proven intensive sales experience to the main Telecom industry in the region. Experience in contract negotiations
• Previous work experience for a local or foreign Telecommunication equipment vendor is an advantage.
• Experienced of working with distributors/Partners (condition)
• Experienced and knowledgeable with Telecommunication technology like: IP, ATM, TDM and SDH networks.
• Academic technical education; Engineer and or MBA are an advantage.
Independent, energetic, initiative
• English speaking, experience working in international environment. Other relevant languages are an advantage.
• Previous work experience for a local or foreign Telecommunication equipment vendor is an advantage.
• Experienced of working with distributors/Partners (condition)
• Experienced and knowledgeable with Telecommunication technology like: IP, ATM, TDM and SDH networks.
