Scope of Work: 
Provide engineering support for RNC and NodeB deployment and Customer Care as projects Support during implementation phase for 3G RAN LAB & Field Testing, deployment. . Key tasks of the job as: 
• SW validation, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for RNC and NodeB. Develop and maintain RNC and NodeB project competence, process, and documents for network deployment. 
• Provide technical support to projects to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalations from project and responsible for the RAN network element technical Issue handling. 
• Organize and participate in LAB Testing , pilot, FOA, SW/ CD deployment, Software and new feature verification, MOP generation as well as test case creation- execution. 
• Provide support to customers for operations and maintenance of 3G network RNC and NodeB elements including competence transfer to customers operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks. 
• Serve as local customer interface and coordinate communication with Project Management and Customer. 
• Report to Dallas Based Technical Support team for any Technical Issue , follow guideline for Trouble shooting , correction Plan implementation. 
• Supports operations services such as traffic rehomes, network retunes, feature activations, network modification and Performance analysis. 
• Support Customer Lab for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation. 
• Ensure quality customer satisfaction and carry end to end RAN support function 


Required Competencies and Skills: ''Technical Competence: 
• 5+ years experience in Project , technical support and Equipment implementation for ex-Nokia 3G radio network controller elements ( RNC, NodeB ) in wireless communications networks 
• Have worked for the ex-nokia RNC Comm& Integration, Technical support, LAB testing, Validation, FOA and Project Technical support 
• Has excellent IP, Unix experience and skills set. 
• Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications. Can independently use Network analyzer and other tools to troubleshoot technical problem 
• Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services. 
• Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services. 


Education & Experience or Other Requirements:
• BS Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent
