Duration is min 1 year, extandable contract.
Requirements:
B.Sc degree in Telecom or relevant disciplines,
At least 3 years of Datacom experience is preffered,
Technical Support experience within the Telecom or IT,
Support Engineer responsibilities are included but not limited to the following:
Provide both System and Solution Support,
Provide the contracted customer support services according to established processes,
Monitor Customer Support Requests,
Review and forward the answer/solution,
Maintain system configuration records,
Give guidance amongst Operation & Maintenance instructions,
Implementation of proactive maintenance procedures,
Assist the Service Delivery Manager in collecting ISP data as well as reporting of data into statistics tool,
Provide data collection for products in scope,
Knowledge on protocols & interfaces used between network elements,Trace he interfaces using protocol analyzers,
