Scope of Work: ''Provide Engineering support for ex_Nokia & NSN 3G RNC radio sub system during RAN deployment , Care Projects, NI Projects, FOA and LAB , Care phase and Operation support .
Key tasks of the job as:
• Work as Project Technical HelpDesk function, Coordinate actions and investigation of technical Issues between Customer, regional care management, tier2/tier3/ Product Line support teams.
• Commissioning, integrating, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for 3G ex-Nokia RNC Network Element . Develop and maintain 3G RNC and NodeB project competence, process, and documents for network deployment.
• Provide Project technical support for troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalations from project and overall responsible for the 3G RAN ( RNC and NodeB ) network element technical Issue handling.
• Participate in pilot, FOA, SW/ CD deployment, Software and new feature verification, MOP generation as well as test case creation- execution.
• Provide support to customers for operations and maintenance of RAN Network elements including competence transfer to customers operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks.
• Serve as local customer interface and coordinate communication for services and issues between customer market teams and NSN service lines.
• Supports operations services such as traffic rehomes, network retunes, feature activations, network modification and Performance analysis.
• Support Customer Lab for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation.
• Ensure quality customer satisfaction survey targets and carry end to end RAN support function
• Work as Project Support Engineer for atomization of the process and improve in efficiency & execution of the task
Required Competencies and Skills:
• 5+ years experience in Project , technical support and Equipment implementation for ex-Nokia 3G radio network controller elements ( RNC, NodeB ) in wireless communications networks
• Have worked for the ex-nokia RNC Comm& Integration, Technical support, LAB testing, Validation, FOA and Project Technical support
• Has excellent IP, Unix experience and skills set.
• Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications. Can independently use Network analyzer and other tools to troubleshoot technical problem
• Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services.

Education & Experience or Other Requirements: BS Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent
