Scope of Work for LTE Engineer: 
• Past LTE Tuning experience. Should have experience working on basic site shakedowns, verifying RSRP, CINR, PCI and azimuths. Knowledge of Cluster optimization will be a plus. 
• Good understanding of LTE technology and basic RF Theory. 
• At least some knowledge of the WCDMA tuning and optimization. 
• Good Knowledge of RNDCIQ. 
• Knowledge of MapInfo is a must. Experience with Actix is a plus. 
• Must be good in using MS Office. 
• Should have excellent communication skills.


Scope of Work for UMTS tuning Engineer: 
• Able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance. 
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in tuning projects from which 3 years should be in UMTS tuning. 
• Good understanding of optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent. 
• Experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between artificial and real traffic loading. 
• Good understanding of Layer 3 messaging. 
• Able to collect and analyze drive data and performance statistics. 
• Knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affects the overall performance. 
• Ericsson experience preferred. 
• Past leadership experience in at least 2 projects. 
• Candidate should be flexible to travel.
