Hong Kong-based fixed line network operator New World Telecom has selected Juniper Networks’ MX960 and MX480 3D Universal Edge Routers to upgrade its Metro Ethernet services in partnership with technology rollout partner Nokia Siemens Networks. In addition, Juniper Networks' Junos Trio, suite of service-specific Network Instruction Set Processors has been chosen to deliver advanced forwarding, queuing, scheduling and services with the capacity to scale beyond 100Gbps per router slot.
