Telecom jobs for RF Optimization and Planning Engineer || Thailand

Tangent are currently looking for a number RF Engineers to work a 4 Month (GSM) and 3 Month (WCDMA) contract based in the Thailand.
Responsibilities: The main responsibility is to ensure that all solution deliveries to customers are made in a professional manner, achieving customer satisfaction and securing profitability for Ericsson.
Depending on the applicable functional skill, the responsibilities are:
• Participation in customer projects
• Collection and analysis of customer requirements
• Acquisition of network data and information
• Perform Network Planning and Design
• Perform Initial Tuning
• Perform Network and/or Node Reviews/Audits
• Perform Network Optimization including investigating network performance and issuing, discussing and/or implementing recommendations for network improvement
• Share knowledge from service deliveries in applicable forums
Process responsibilities: The Network Engineer.s role will vary from project to project, requiring different types of process responsibility. When a consultant acquires an assignment it is essential that he/she agree the role responsibility with the project or resource manager.
Functional responsibilities: The Network Engineer is responsible for protecting the Ericsson knowledge base and also for acquiring additional information and experiences for inclusion in it.
