Currently we have an opening for Project Manager with our client in Spain. It is a permanent position. Please find below the job description:
Client is expanding a presales & TSD team out of China focus on telecom application and software field including online charging system(OCS), convergent billing, next generation intelligent network(NGIN), SMS, MMS, IP Call Center(IPCC), Streaming, SDP(Service Delivery Platform), Ring Back Tone, etc. This position should be responsible for the project delivery of these products for Operator’s Key account.
Responsibilities
1. Project management
a) Manage professional service related Pre-sale activities: implementation proposal, project schedule, resource budget, etc;
b) Act as Client’s central contact point on site for project matter;
c) Manage Client’s project teams to deliver project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard
2. Customer care
a) Reach customer satisfaction according to contract & commitments
b) Understanding of customer issues (delay of availability of information customer...), and involve them in budget, planning and resources management
3. Communication
a) Communicate to the customer the organization of the project, the planning and the advance of the activities
b) Increase customer satisfaction and confidence
c) Interface with partnership for project status and ensure clear communication within Client and partners
4. Team building
a) Assist to build up the cross-country project management team;
• Experience accumulating and sharing.

Qualifications
1． Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years experience in telecommunications with 5+ years project management experience
2． Familiar with mobile communication, IMS, telecom VAS, etc. Deep knowledge and understanding with telecom VAS development and other VAS solution.
3． Good experience in customer management and communication management
4． Willing to travel, within Europe and Latin America
5． Multi-National working experience is prior and prefer
6． PMI or Prince2 certification is prefer
7． Fluency in English
