Designation: Technical Program Manager
Location: Mumbai
Role: The technical program manager is responsible for managing technical initiatives that support the Telepresence service. This is a wide range of initiatives, including software development projects and network engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
• Drive key Telepresence initiatives from concept to execution, including project managing the planning, scoping, development, testing and implementation phases of the project.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure individual initiatives holistically support Telepresence business requirements, service/product needs and end-user needs.
• Work with multiple internal teams to coordinate resources and successfully implement projects.
• Work with multiple external vendors to coordinate resources and successfully implement projects.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Expertise in a software, telecom and/or data network engineering environment is highly preferred.
• Experience with projects revolving around large-scale videoconferencing and VoIP projects is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a quickly evolving environment.
• Proven ability to manage the big picture while diving down into technical implementation details and decisions when required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• BE / B.Tech or Masters in related field is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Six-sigma experience is preferred.
