Mobile Service Provider Market
Client is a long established vendor and the market leader in providing solutions for assurance of service delivery for both Mobile Service Providers and Enterprise companies. The company's application analysis products provide both a business and technology perspective of service delivery that enables IT and business management staff to fully understand resource impact, and all interdependencies across networks, servers, applications and users to optimize service delivery, protect against service outages and assure a high quality. For Mobile Service Providers, the rapid adoption of smartphones and mobile broadband-enabled devices means that they face increasing technical and business challenges. Operators need to meet the service demands and expectations of bandwidth hungry subscribers, while supporting next-generation mobile devices and enabling new revenue-enhancing subscriber services. My client works with leading global operators to provide service delivery management solutions that help them enable service assurance to end users, rollout next-generation infrastructure and support the ongoing introduction of the latest multimedia broadband devices.
The Role: Senior Account Managers (2)
Location 1: Spain - Madrid area
Location 2: Italy - Milan or Rome
Start date: as soon as possible
For each position the profile is the same. We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who has strong connections and deep experience and knowledge of the Mobile Service Provider Market and in particular with these operators: Spain - Telefonica, Vodafone, Ono etc; Italy - Vodafone, TIM, Wind. Ideally you will come from the service assurance market or certainly be well connected in these accounts at C-level, in the purchase department, and general decision makers in different departments (OSS, architecture, NGN, Mobile Core, Support & Services Department). You will have experience of selling large project based solutions to these MSPs. Someone from a networking/hardware background would NOT be appropriate for this role. You need to show a successful track record, job consistency (3-5 years ideally), ability to work strategically with international companies, strong experience in pipeline building and forecasting, customer business process development, able to respond to requests for information. This person will furthermore have discipline, be self organized and knows how to work out of a home office.
We are only looking for nationals of each country for this role and must be based in the appropriate country.
Local language and fluency in English is mandatory.
