Telecom Job Vacancy: MSS Core Back Office Engineer || Asia Pacific


Start date: ASAP 
End date: 6 months (extendable) 

Job Description: 
• Second Line Support for Core network node MSC/MGW/HLR 
• To lead troubleshooting activity for major network problems which might impacting traffic services and network performance 
• Responsible to maintain high level standard for Network Key Performance Indicator 
• To support traffic management in scope of traffic and signaling routing analysis 
• Second level troubleshooting for any escalated problem from Front Office Team (Network Surveillance Team) and to provide solution of all faults occurred in Core Network, if necessary using Primus Solution search, MHWeb, Plex database, AXE Test System or CPP trace using MO Shell 
• Raise CSR (customer service request) and Coordinate with Local and Global Support for Emergency cases
