Responsibilities:
Line Management and People Management
Support Global Service Center China KPI &OPI fulfillment
Recruitment and Competence development on Design & Optimization RAN as per assigned headcount frame
Resource plan and service request fulfillment
Guarantee service delivery quality
Cost center budgeting and follow up
Main Tasks:
Set up GSC D&O RAN in Wuhan
Recruiting and building up a team with excellent RAN D&O competence
Following up of GSC KPI's, OPI's and measurements
Guaranteeing the fulfillment of global mandates
Operational resource planning for ongoing service deliveries
Ensuring service delivery performance and efficiency
Managing resource utilization as well as over- and under-absorption
Attract, select, develop and retain key competences and resources
Development of the organization's maturity level to fulfill the present and future needs
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunication or related
Rich experience of Design& Optimization RAN
Rich experience in people management
Excellent communication with Regions and GSD/PDU
Excellent leadership
Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory
