Tangent currently have 2 SEPARATE roles available:


Looking for a 2G/GSM RF Optimisation Engineer to work a 6 month extendable project in UAE
The required experience is as follows:
- Must have over 3 years 2G/GSM RF Experience (with Huawei) 
- Ability to manage an RF optimisation team and perform cluster RF Optimisation 
- Know well RF optimisation procedure and basic signalling procedure and RNC parameters
- Very good ability to use RF optimisation analysis tool, such as Tems,Nemo ,Actix.
- Be very good at Office software, especially Excel , PowerPoint. Access 2007


Also Tangent is currently looking for a 2G/GSM KPI Optimisation Engineer to work a 6 month extendable project in UAE
The required experience is as follows:
- Must have over 3 years 2G/GSM RF Experience (with Huawei) 
- Master the knowledge of GSM theory, and signaling procedure.
- Know well the definition and formula of major KPI counters.
- Have strong ability to monitor KPI status and do some needful trouble shooting if network was degradation.
- Be very good at Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint. also familiar with macro is highly preferred.
