Looking for experienced Engineers with the following requirements:
Start Date: August 2011 
Duration: Long Term 
Site Address: Castle Rock, CO

Weekly Pay Rate: $1950/week plus $132/day for travel expenses. 
Location: Castle Rock, CO 80104

Scope of Work: 
• The key things are GSM/UMTS/LTE RAN Integration experience. 
• From NodeB Site Commissioning to BSC/RNC integration and configuration. 
• The primary purpose of this position is to provide Technical Support for ZTEUSA LTE Products. This position would be based on-site at the customer’s project location. 

This is a CUSTOMER FACING role, in addition to strong technical skill, the resource will need to have the following skill sets:
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deal with stressful situations when on-site.
• Ability to manage expectations and deliver with conflicting stake-holder demand.
• Ability to extract and present data to manage expectation and show results.
• 35% travel
• Bring laptop and Cell Phone

1. Familiar with End-to-End Network Architecture of 3G Networks (GSM/UMTS preferred) - Weight3
2. Successfully perform the Network Integration and Commissioning of LTE eNodeBs - Weight 3
3. Provide On-Site support for ZTEUSA LTE customers during commercial deployment - Weight 3
4. Execution and Validation of Acceptance Test plans for LTE UTRAN Weight 2
5. Troubleshoot customer issues and Open Call Logs for LTE Networks Weight 3
6. Experience working with LTE UTRAN OMC operations Weight 3
7. Exercise a pro-active approach to driving project activities and project issues Weight 3
8. Provide Daily Updates to Project Management team for tracking purposes Weight 2
9. Performing Product Knowledge Transfers for ZTEUSA customers Weight 2
10. Perform on-site network upgrades for LTE UTRAN Weight 3
11. When required draft technical documentation and Method Of Procedures for Network Integration processes – Weight 2
12. Help develop and maintain Customer Information Questionnaire (CIQ) data fill - Weight 2
13. Has experience in collecting System Performance KPIs for Performance Monitoring purpose - Weight 2
14. Familiar with IP Networking Principles and Design Concepts Weight 1
15. Familiar working with Linux Operating Systems and Oracle Databases Weight 1
