• Tracking the mobile network System Integration industry, provide in-depth understanding and analysis of industry trends and identify new market opportunities and risks.
• Prepare strategic forecasts, intelligence and market analysis reports.
• Analyse industry service solutions, market developments, business models, etc. Prepare competitive analysis report in strategy, marketing solutions, organization and process. Drive system integration strategies and solutions planning.
• Analyse top tier operators' key system integration requirements, provide strategic insights and special contributions for professional solution planning, and drive the implementation of service solutions with target customers.

Qualifications and experience
• University Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Telecommunication System Integration Solution planning experience in well known agency as an advantage,
• System integration experience in tier 1 mobile network operators as an advantage.
• At least 8 years experience in mobile network system integration industry,
• Strategic insights to market status, service and market trends,
• Rich knowledge and understanding of mobile network System Integration and mobile Network consulting services,
• Deep understanding of eTOM and ITIL and familiarity with operators' network, service and operation systems,
• Experience with mobile voice and datacom network solutions, and mobile network system integration strategies and planning.
Skills requirement: the successful candidate will:
• Excellent English skills both verbal and written,
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills including experience in the preparation and delivery of customer presentations,
• Strong organization and project management skills,
• Team player, able to accept considerable responsible and be self-motivated,
• Willingness to travel internationally.
