Tangent is currently seeking a number of 2G 3G and experience with LTE Team Leaders to work in the UAE for a 6 month extendable contract.
Candidates must have experience in Team Leading a large amount of people.
Experience:
5 years or more experience in WCDMA, GSM, LTE network planning and optimisation project. Huawei equipment would be prefered.
Strong Technical ability to handle network performance or user percetpion issues.
Have the ability to lead a team including planning, drive test, RF optimisation, KPI monitoring and improvement.
Be able to effectively manage the regional top network issues and customer requirement.
Have strong communication skills with customer and be able to attend meeting with customer regularly.
Have strong ability to prepare project process report and show presentation to customer.
Rate for this position will be 5000 USD per month all inclusive, but Tangent will cover the cost of Medical Insurance, Employment Visa and Flights.
