Job description:
• Responsible for maintaining the overall team master project tracker on a daily basis
• Distribute all incoming project briefs an work requests, collate all impact assessments and update the records with correct information
• Provide high quality administrative support to the team regarding project status and maintain accurate information on all fields of the project tracker
• Arrange regular review meetings with team to update the project tracker on a regular basis
• Attend regular meetings with both internal and external customers to review project briefs and work requests
• Develop and maintain relationship with both internal and external customers
Requirements:
• Educated to “A” level standard or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Team player, good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
• Practical hands-on administrative and office management experience
• Good computing skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Pleasant and effective telephone manner
• Excellent time management skills
• Discretion in the handling of confidential information
• Ability to take notes at meetings and produce concise and accurate minutes and reports
