Competence & experience
• 3G RAN radio level 4
• 2G BSS radio level 4
• Min 7 years NSN experience
• Experience of SW updates and upgrades on RG20, RU20
• Radio deployment experience a plus (e.g. BSC, RNC)
• Familiar with monitoring and trace analysis tools (e.g. Nethawk, Megamon, Traceviewer)
• NetAct basic familiarity


Scope of work 
• dealing with Trouble tickets and technical queries raised by competent customer on both 2G and 3G radio technologies
• Regular commitment to radio Emergency rota
• Perform SW updates and Upgrades
• Perform Feature implementations as required
