Our client a leading telecom vendor is one of the fastest growing telecommunication and network solutions providers in the world. It is one of the worldwide leading suppliers in the field of Broadband Network (NGN, DSL, MSAN), Mobile Network (GSM/GPRS, UMTS, CDMA), Optical Network, Data Communication, Software and Applications (Intelligent Network).
We have a permanent vacancy for an experienced IP Design and Optimization Network Consultant to be based in the UK. We require a candidate with 10+ years of work experience in the network industry; previous experience at Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, Redback a big plus. Good understanding of IP networking technologies, e.g. routing protocols, MPLS, VPLS, IP VPN, etc. Good understanding of metro Ethernet or IP backbone networking. Good understanding of what’s going on in the industry, e.g. which companies provide what products and advocate what solutions.
Unfortunately client cannot sponsor visas for this role and therefore we can only consider candidates from the EU who can live, work and remain in the UK without limitation - or those who posses visa's that require no further sponsorship.
