The Managed service delivery platform design & planning is highly demanding and challenging. Experts with rich experience and field knowledge in telecom network operation & maintenance are welcomed. The network Solution department is mainly responsible for IT tools planning, design and development to support Client managed service, and the experts are expected to have rich network operation centre management and consulting capability in this field.

The Managed service delivery platform design & planning is highly demanding and challenging. Experts with rich experience and field knowledge in telecom network operation & maintenance are welcomed. The network Solution department is mainly responsible for IT tools planning, design and development to support Client managed service, and the experts are expected to have rich network operation centre management and consulting capability in this field.
Within the scope of your areas of expertise and responsibility you will:
1. Analyze the market, industry benchmark, and industry standards, identify the gaps between our products and solutions and the benchmark products and solutions, and work out development plans for IT tool solutions and products to support managed service.
2. Strong capability to lead and understand network OM and managed service business. As COO office leader or COO office team member of network solution department, to lead R&D to develop managed service IT tools.
3. Follow industry best practices and develop solutions to bridge the gaps between the network OM organization structure, service processes, and IT tools, in order to better support managed service business and improve product and service competitiveness.
4. Manage requirements. Obtain requirements by communicating with service team and through surveys, analyze and verify requirements, and enclose the requirements in the product roadmap.
5. Identify the weak points and problems of managed service through surveys and interviews and develop solutions and propose suggestions.
6. Plan new products according to the requirements of service development in the marketing point of
7. View and develop business proposals. (Optional)
8. Design the architecture of Client managed service delivery platform solutions, resolve solution requirements into product requirements, and track the implementation of the design in E2E mode. (Optional).
Requirement
• Bachelor or higher degree (desired) in computer science, electronics engineering, or communications.
• At least 6 years experience in network operations & maintenance or OSS field large telecommunication carrier vendors such as China mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, Ericsson, Nokia, ALU etc.
• Experience of leading a team, and independently managing the network operation in network operation center or specific network (e.g. Mobile, fixed, convergence network) maintenance.
• Capability to identify the weak points and problems of managed service’ existing operation through surveys and investigations and to develop solutions and suggestions.
• Profound understanding on network operation & maintenance services and industry standards and rich project experience. Capability to streamline customer requirements and to identify key requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of network operation and capability to analyze and identify defects and problems of IT tools and to propose solutions. Knowledge of OSS products will be excellent.
• Experience with Asian business culture is nice to have.
