Telecom Job Vacancy for Datacom Engineer || USA

Looking for experienced Engineers with the following requirements.

Duration: Long Term 
Notes: Travel required up to 50% - Seattle among others. Please focus on CVs with F5 Viprion expertise as its a mandatory requirement.

Scope of Work: 
Datacom Engineer needed for designing, setting up, configuring and maintaining the data network. 

Qualifications: 
• Understanding of data networks (switches/routers/firewalls/load balancers/proxies/IP addresses/how nodes connect and speak via TCP/IP) and the basics of configuring an IP address and routing. 
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix (file management/understanding of the Unix or Linux file system/VI editor/accessing remote systems/SSH/SFTP/telnet). 
• Experience: Cisco 6500 chassis and other layer3 switch platforms F5 Viprion platform Cisco 7500 (7600 a plus) routers Cisco Load Balancers (ACE a plus) 
• More than 5 years working in the field of data and telecom as a software/hardware test engineer where he/she performed the following activities: 
o Setting up test environment and executing test cases 
o Using test tools for load test or debugging 
o Trouble-shooting of faults or configuration issues 
o Writing trouble reports and test reports TCP/IP protocol analyzers such as Sniffer, Ethereal/Wireshark, Snoop and TCPDump. 
o Ability to read traces. 
o Able to troubleshoot layer2, layer3 networks and load balancing networks. 
o Computer savvy; able to find and use applications needed for a certain task.
o Proactive and showing initiative. 
o Able to understand requirements and translate those in test cases. 
o Good documentation skills. 
o Able to write test case documents, reports, methods of procedure (MoPs), test descriptions and more. 
o Good communication skills. 
o Able to speak to customers and deal with difficult situations. 
o Able to find his/her way in a large organization and deal with multiple departments involved in our services and product lifecycles. 
o Able to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
o Able to deal with stress and tight deadlines. 
o Willing to work overtime or maintenance window work. 
o Requires little guidance. 
o Strong teamwork and is a process oriented person. 
o Experience with the following a plus: Juniper Routers Extreme Switches (layer2 and layer3) F5 load balancers Ericsson MIEP or any other WAP Gateway. 
o Shell and other scripting. 
o Understanding of basic telecom i.e. GSM and GPRS core network and call setup (MSC/HLR/VLR/roaming/ISUP). 
o Working for F5 

Education: M.S. or B. S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
