Job description:
• Works with the reporting features, application problems and follow up the trouble reports concerning the OSS
• Responsible for the modification of the existing OSS routines, creation of new and temporary routines as well as follow up
• Handles all internal alarms in OSS applications
• Implement OSS user interface layout modifications
• Distributes all new and upgraded documentation related to the SW, HW and equipment for the Network Surveillance
• Knowledge transfer to the locally appointed OSS administrator
• Execute all necessary activities to keep OSS running smoothly in such a way that meets all users' requirements
• Understand the customer requirements and translate them to the right solution.
• Acquire subject matter expertise for products in Mobile Packet Core and MPBN Solution domain
• Positioning PS Core & MPBN Network Solutions and associated products that are most appropriate for the specific customer(s)
• Ensuring that the technical requirements are adequately captured and documented while providing
• Technical Solutions to the customers in the region Introduction of new solutions/concepts to the customers
• Handle new requirements and customizations by communicating the same to the respective Product Unit and work towards having these requirements implemented by the Product units Responsible for activities towards TEC including the GR's preparation or representation
• Responsible for maintaining internal contact network with respective product management, design units and support organizations to address customer queries, market requirements, product roadmaps, customizations and new solutions
• Maintain 3PP contact network to make technical solution as per the requirements
Requirements:
• Basic technical education and long O & M experience from Ericsson radio system, as OSS Administrator
• Advanced UNIX and SQL-programming knowledge
• Good knowledge in English
• Knowledge of TMOS System Administration
• A team player
