Senior Product Managers 3GPP RAN
We are currently looking for a number of very experienced Wireless Product Managers in the area of 3GPP RAN (GSM, UMTS and LTE).

Location: This is a permanent position at our Kista office. The work will require travelling on a regular basis.
The work includes product management tasks such as:

Work Experience/Qualifications
•Thorough experience from product management in leading companies in the telecom industry
•Thorough experience from working with business, customers and technology in the 3GPP product area.
•Substantial insight in R&D of wireless network products, particularly 3GPP radio networks and base stations.
•Familiarity with evaluating business opportunities through market research and business case modeling
•Thorough experience in identifying and articulating market requirements
•Master of Science in electrical engineering/ telecommunications
•Good team player, communicative, open minded, analytical, familiar with work in a distributed and multicultural environment.
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken
•Thorough experience from working with business, customers and technology in the 3GPP product area.

• From R&D aspect, be responsible for the competitiveness of our SingleRAN solution in Europe.
• Working with and supporting Tier 1 operators in Europe, optimize the commercial operation scenarios and requirements for customers and improve our solutions of wireless products.
• As the line manager of EU solution design team, to build a strong European solution team.
Qualifications Required
• Having experience working with wireless operators.
• Expert level experience in wireless area.
• More than 15 years experience in wireless and telecom area, 5+ years as manager.
• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Additional skills required
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
• The ability to communicate and work in multi-cultural team environment.
