Scope of Work: Participate in Emergency Recovery of Live Network, CSR/Trouble Ticket Handling for Local Customers, Adhering t support Process and work with both Second Level and Design support team. Participate in On-Call Roster (24/7) Primary skill sets required: Extensive working knowledge and understanding in the following technology GSM RAN & WRAN who can support engineer in on-call roster and handle real network outages and handle the call tickets during normal situations. Knowledge of SMS & KCS ias added advantage. Senior troubleshooter for GSM RAN/WRAN with 3-5 years experience in the respective field. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Strong leadership skills. Exhibits high initiative skills.
