Vacancy: Customer Support Test Engineer - LTE (San Diego, California or Bratislava, Slovakia)


Desired Experience TTCN-3 Expert 
Familiarity with the use and typical applications range of protocol products 
Familiarity with TTCN 2 
Good working knowledge of PC architecture including Windows 
Proven ability to work in a customer technical liaison / support role. 3-4 years 
Domain knowledge in GERAN, C2K and TDS 

Behavioural Skills Willing to reside in San Diego, California and will need to travel to UK, Bratislava and (possibly) Japan for training as needed. 

Excellent inter-personal skills 
Team Player 
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 
Demonstrates creativity and initiative in approach and encourages others to do likewise 
Applies good balance of theory and practical to enable rapid resolutions of customer issue. 
Acts as role model for more junior staff 
Able to interact at all levels of organisation 
Capable of working under pressure and delivering to tight timescales 
Self-motivated and able to work independently
