Penta Consulting are URGENTLY looking for a Senior 3G Radio Network & Optimisation team lead to work in Nigeria on a 3 Month extendable contract starting ASAP

The goal of this job is to identify current KPI performance, advise on improvements & implement the changes necessary to a team of engineers to improve the KPI'S.

Below is the experinece needed to apply for this role:

Candidates must have a strong experinece in 3G optimisation team leading previously & have 6 yearsexperience in network performance improvement projects in 3G radio network opitimisation.

Candidates must posses a strong ability to provide leadership to a team of engineers in fulfilling the day - to - day activities & have experinece in interacting with the customer at senior manager's level.

Candidates must posses a strong knowledge of p6 & p7 packages, have experience in using Mapinfo, TEMS investigation & TCPU.

Candidates will have need to have strong knowledge & experience with UETR, UEH, GPEH.

Responsibilities Of Role:

Team Lead will monitor & analyze the WCMDA/ HSPA Radio Network statistics on daily basis & achieve & maintain the network performance as per the contracted KPI'S
Team Lead will be responsilbe for reducing congestion & drops, improving the IRAT handover, soft handover, location update, paging, CSSR, RRC conection & RAB. Team lead will be in control of establishing success rate in the 3G RAN network for all voice, video packet & high speep, issuing capacity upgrades requests whenever needed & responsible for all drive test analysis on the project.
