Job Description

1. Responsible for STC Trouble Ticket system Handling and follow up to meet the SLA

2. Responsible for maintiaing the SLA and guiding the surviuellance an Teir1 staff in right way for TT troubleshooting

3. Responsible for generating daily reports and auditing it for resposne time, restoration time.

4. Responsible generating weekly report and report to FO manager.

5.Frequently check oss dump alarms montior whether TT open against them.
6.Maintian and keep good relationship with customer
7.Responsible for monthly SLA Achievement report under the guidence of FO manager
8.Responsible to follow the Trouble tickets across the Noc and report to FO manager

Requirement

1.Acquire excellent product technical skills; have excellent experience in project implementation and maintenance;

2.Able to solve equipment problems at module level;

3.Able to perceive customers' needs and communicate with customers' maintenance staff on the problems existing in all service procedures;

4.At least 3 years related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance

5.At least 3 year UMTS/GSM BSS engineering experience, include BSC, BTS and PCU installation and integration experience.

6.Familiar with OSS and dispatch systems

7.Excellent communication skill

8.Ability to manage the project progress and handle in-depth technical issues

9.Strong team development and leadership skills
