Provide business applications operations management and support services for business applications including installation, administration, and support. Manage and support applications release deployments and provide continuous post deployment support
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies:
4+ years Solid experience with Telecom billing Support and with BSCS IX
Solid experience working, supporting, and troubleshooting Business Applications software
Fully capable of working with a variety of information technology systems topics
