Client is looking for experienced senior-level IP Network Engineers to help upgrade and extend and support this network. You will join a team of experienced engineers to design and implement network upgrades to support advanced Ethernet-based products and services for our commercial customers, and to deploy advanced voice services, very high speed broadband, and IP video offerings for our residential customers. This is a chance to become a key contributor in transforming our client's network company from the old TDM infrastructure to the new IP Ethernet world.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
-Provide IP network engineering designs for network upgrades and customer deployments.
-Support the Architecture and Planning teams in the selection of new technology and new network elements; analyze vendor products as part of determining optimal network design and evolution.
-Produce Network Standards and Device Configuration Templates to guide the deployment of new technology and new network elements.
-Share responsibility as necessary for level 3 escalations from the Support and Deployment teams in Network Operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Sr. Level IP Network Engineer with at least 5 + years of IP Experience
Hands on IP experience in the following IP Routing Protocols; MPLS, BGP, OSPF
Leadership experience (high level tech contributor)
Solid communication skills
Must have service provider experience
Skills and Certifications
CCNA
CCIE
CCVP
CCDA
MPLS
OSPF
BGP
switching/layer 2 configuration experience
